SOUND Instructional -  In this workshop you'll learn to develop exercises and practices to deepen your understanding of sound, meditation, and healing. We'll cover crystal bowl play styles and techniques, care tips, sound as meditation, presence practice, science of sound vs. mysticism of sound, and a plethora of different instruments for self-healing and partner experiences. You'll also get to learn practices and tools to share more focused sound experiences with a friend, lover, or partner. The goals for this workshop is for students to take away practices and understandings they can integrate into their every day lives! 

SHIBARI Instructional - Join in for a duet of sensuality and restraint inter-played with choice & support. In this progressive multi-day workshop you'll begin by reviewing the foundational principles of negotiation, rope handling, and connection amongst the energetics of rope and empowerment. You'll start with simple frictions and ties and then progress into more complex and technical aspects of rope as you move deeper into co-created listening, presence, and curiosity. Individual experience varies yet integration-spaciousness afterward and between. Coming with a partner is encouraged (but not required).

• Sound Healers, Energy workers, Massage Therapists, Yogi's, and anyone wanting to deepen their practice with the science of sound healing, shibari and sensory activations.

PREPARE for the Ultimate Experience: BRING... a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your warmth and comfort. SF has been cold recently and we invite you to bring as much comfort with you as needed. Paper and pen for journaling is strongly suggested

EXPECT: The prayer-formance is a visual arts offering accompanied by sound healing. The optimal way to intake and observe is sitting upright and receiving as an open eyed meditation. You are welcome to lay down and experience it as a sound journey as well, but we encourage you to sit and watch for most of the journey.
