You have been cordially invited as a donor and special guest to the elusive Epicure Biotech - a laboratory focused on optimizing human sexuality, capability, and function. You will be among the first to witness what the doctors have achieved with their subjects, and have the opportunity to experience and engage in their deviant experiments yourself.    

But a word of caution. The more you observe, the more perverse secrets you’ll discover. If you are faint of heart, avert your eyes from our security camera feeds. Do not read the doctors’ journals, or listen to their tapes. Do not inspect the medicines, the treatment charts, or equipment. And do not, for any reason, enter the Restricted Room upstairs. Should you ignore this advice, you may find yourself in the middle of twisted, twisted secrets best left behind closed doors…

THE PRESENTATION (SHOW) - 8-10PM

The show you’ve been waiting for, hosted by the enigmatic Founders, where you will discover what the deviant doctors of Epicure have achieved with their subjects. Prepare to witness a psychological spectacle of dark art and human experimentation, where medical imagination meets the extremes of eroticism and kink. Experience human sexuality and capability pushed to its tantalizing limits.

THE RECEPTION (OPEN WORLD/PLAY PARTY) - 10PM- ~12AM

After the Presentation, the laboratory is once again open for you to explore. Choose your own adventure! This time, the doctors and their subjects will roam freely among you, offering interactive experiences where you can become a participant in their next experiment. You may also express your own erotic skills with fellow consenting donors by utilizing the BDSM furniture available for open play (yes, this is also a play party for attendees!). The limits of your experience reside only in those you set for yourself.

VIP EXPERIENCE

For those who desire a more intense and explicit Observation Room experience. Our "Platinum Donor" VIPs receive preferred seating for the show, and during the post-show Reception, you will have special access badges to Epicure’s Upper Floor, where the doctors test their most sexually depraved experiments… as well as the Restricted Room, home to the most extreme and unstable subjects. The Restricted Room is not for the faint of heart, and will have trigger warnings posted outside.

You will also gain access to exclusive story elements, revealing the darkest and most nefarious secrets of the laboratory.

COVID-19 POLICY

• All attendees must provide proof of vaccination at the door.
• All attendees must provide EITHER proof of booster OR a negative test (PCR within the last 72 hours OR antigen/home test within the last 24 hours).
• N95 or Surgical Masks will be required in all rooms at all times by our attendees, except when eating or drinking. We will have spare surgical masks.
• Our performers are not required to wear masks in order to provide the best theatrical experience, but are all vaccinated and boosted. Our volunteer staff will be masked.
• Every room will have hand sanitizer, wet wipes, nitrile (non-latex) gloves, and extra masks, as well as band aids & disposable ear plugs for those with noise sensitivities.

DRESS CODE/COAT CHECK

Our dress code is black tie. Feel free to add a dash of fetish ;)

YES Examples: Cocktail dress, suits, all black, latex, harnesses over/under formal wear

NO: Flip flops, jeans, tank tops, ripped clothing, doctor/nurse medical outfits (to ensure attendees can identify our performers)

There will be a coat and toy bag check for a $2/item fee.

BDSM PLAY RULES

• BDSM/Kink play between attendees is allowed during the post-show Reception.
• Avoid walking through, interrupting, or otherwise disturbing someone's play scene, and stay at least a few feet back. If one of our performers is creating the scene, they will reach out to nearby voyeurs to indicate how you can participate.
• Don't touch people or their gear/toys/clothing without enthusiastic consent. "No" means "NO."
• Do not play while intoxicated. There is plenty to voyeur!
• The safe word of the venue is "RED." Saying this indicates that you would like your scene to stop. This must be respected, or a Dungeon Monitor will step in to stop the scene.
• Heavy play must be pre-approved. This includes, but is not limited to: needles, knife play, or any invasive procedures. If you're not sure, ask us! Email us at theobservationroomevent@gmail.com to request pre-approval for a scene.
• Fire play, wax play, breath play, and blood play are not permitted for attendees.
• We reserve the right to stop any and all scenes for any reason at our sole discretion.
• Phones are permitted in our outside smoking area only. No photos or videos may be taken inside the event or during the show.

ACCESSIBILITY   

VISUALS

Some of our visuals will include fast-flashing images, glitch effects, and LED lights. We will not be including any strobe lighting effects. The Restricted Room upstairs will have a low amount of smoke from a smoke machine.

PHYSICAL

The ground floor of the venue is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. There is a small door bump on the entrance.

The VIP rooms are located up one flight of stairs, which are somewhat narrow and carpeted, but do have hand rails. There are unfortunately no elevators.

PARKING

Parking is street and metered until 8pm. Free after. We do recommend utilizing rideshare services if you can.

AUDITORY

Music will be playing at a moderate volume throughout the night. Expect sounds related to BDSM play as well - screams, laughter, moans, impact, etc - of varying volume.
