LIVE Heart Opening Sound Bath/ Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls and More

Slow down, let go and immerse into deep healing, relaxation, and stress reduction through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a guided meditation, and a peaceful sound healing using live instruments. This meditation goes beyond quieting the mind, it's a practice that takes you into the depth of your being, where you can experience a range of spiritual, emotional, and physiological benefits.

WHAT TO BRING (everything is optional)

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow & flowers for the altar.

We will have lavender eye masks with a Jade crystal available for purchase before the event. The masks with the crystal are $20 and will provide additional relaxation to your eyes and senses. One of Jade's properties is that it helps transform negative energies into positive ones.

We will also have artisanal perfume with 30 different flora from Mayantuyacu, an indigenous plant medicine center in the Amazon Rainforest where Zach studies. They are $20.

NOTE: this is a donation-based event. We are renting a beautiful location. Part of the money collected through the tickets will be used to help maintain this space and the rest to help us cover our expenses for the things that we need to prepare. WHAT IS A SOUND BATH MEDITATION?

A sound bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that heals and relaxes the body, calms the mind, and moves energies from the subconscious and body. Meditation is an opportunity to spend time with your own soul. It is the gift of the present moment to recognize, reflect and release anything that is no longer serving your higher good. Participating as a group heightens the experiences as it builds community and connects with the energies of the others who are experiencing their own personal healing soul journey.

The sound bath will include a variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and connect with every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
