Happy Masturbation Month! We hope that you’ve been… taking care of yourself. Self love can come in many forms! The balm of self love can come from spending time with other POC in a social environment. Returning guests and curious, open minded people of color Express Yourself is having a mixer! The next Express Yourself party is Friday, May 20. Do you want to meet some of the spectacular people who will be there? Of course you do! Join us at District for our May mixer happening one week from today. That’s right, we’re warming up on Tuesday, May 17 (from 7p-Close)!

In our efforts to build community, we realize that some may be reluctant to go from being at home to a full on party. In the spirit of easy entry, we plan to host mixers like this on a regular basis. Next week, we will be at District from 7pm until they close on Tuesday, May 17. This is a great time to bring your POC friends who want to learn more about Express Yourself!

[Please keep in mind that District is a bar that is open to the public. There will be people of all races in the building. Nevertheless, we ask that you do not bring any white allies, partners, or friends to the Express Yourself mixer. For our purposes, we define "person of color" as people who have lived experiences as a racial minority in the United States. At least one birth parent was perceived and treated as a person of color, or would have been were they in the United States.]
