Whether you crochet, knit, braid, weave, macrame or spin.... YAAHS is a chance to make Happy-Hour even better, with the addition of crafts!

Make new friends and crochet gifts for the old..... bring yarn, or ANY projects, to work on in a welcoming and social atmosphere.

Your host Anastacia, left hometown NYC for San Francisco in 2013 and picked up crochet again for the “something handmade” part of her wedding dress.

As a stranger in a stranger land, crochet became a way to make friends and keep the creativity flowing.

Five years and one divorce later (among other things, he didn’t support her yarn habit).... two friends encouraged her to finally start their own yarn circle.

Since 2018, YAAHS has grown in size, expanded to other crafts, created new friendships and creative paths, while keeping the sass alive and the drinks flowing. 

During COVID, we went to Home (online sessions) and are SO HAPPY to meet (with our vaccinated friends, still in an outdoor setting) IN-PERSON once again!!!

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join. Crochet curious to lifetime hookers - and now, featuring our own resident water color artist!!!

That’s right — Crocheting is not mandatory... just a desire to meet other crafty friends and scratch that artistic itch!
