About this event

The Enneagram of personality is a powerful system with ancient spiritual roots that helps us understand ourselves and our ego patterns. 

When we are conscious of our habitual ego defense mechanisms (and those of our partners), we are free to respond rather than react in our interactions, and therefore connect with one another in more authentic, vulnerable, and heart-centered ways. 

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

* What the Enneagram is and how to discover your Enneagram type

* How knowing your type can support your personal and interpersonal growth 

* How your Enneagram type is impacting your sex life

* Ways to use type as a tool for improving romantic relationship dynamics 

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for all levels and relationship statuses! Whether you’ve never heard of the Enneagram or you’ve known of it for decades, there’s something for you. You will learn helpful tools to promote a healthy love life whether you are single, dating, partnered, or somewhere in-between.
