Are you a novice who wants to start playing in the dungeon? Do you need to build your skill set? Are you interested in learning safe techniques? Or do you just want some time to practice with an expert and get some pointers? Come to our monthly workshop and learn the basics of BDSM play.

Society of Janus is hosting our monthly skills class at the Wicked Grounds Annex on the first Saturday of every month. This class is for both tops and bottoms because it benefits everyone to know proper play techniques. During each session we will be covering some of the following topics:

Instructors will be teaching 40 minute sessions, showing basic skills with an emphasis on safety and proper techniques. The last portion of the workshop is open time where participants can ask questions, and possibly try some techniques out (with a willing partner and covid safety in mind) with instructor input. Questions are highly encouraged. We are here to help you navigate the hurdles of being new to the community and facilitate a healthy entry into the scene.

This venue is accessible from Civic Center BART station. Street parking is often available.

Please note that the venue itself if up a flight of stations and unfortunately there is no elevator access. The door is to the right of Wicked Grounds café.
